4. What are the instructions for use?

  • Do not use harsh chemicals (such as bleach, abrasives, etc.).
  • Do not microwave, freeze, or boil.

  • Avoid accidental opening on the bottle by keeping the button free and clear or other objects.
  • Cover the button with the loop to help avoid accidental pushing of the button.

Warnings
  • Drinking hot liquids presents a risk of injury.
  • The straw allows generous amounts of liquid to be drawn suddenly into the mouth from the bottom of the bottle where the temperature of hot liquids is usually higher than it is at the liquid’s surface.
  • Hot, carbonated, and perishable liquids and other contents may build up pressure within the bottle and unexpectedly leak or spray out. Pressurized contents also may cause the spout cover to open rapidly enough to injure fingers positioned in or near the recess behind the spout cover. Always open with caution.
Product Care

1. How often do I need to wash my OISIZ bottle?

How often do you shower? Daily seems like a good idea…but that’s up to you.

2. How do I clean the different parts of my OISIZ bottles?

OISIZ brand products are designed to be as simple and easy to clean as possible. Best practices for cleaning each part may vary.
Lids: All lids are top-rack dishwasher safe. For a more thorough cleaning, use a sponge or straw brush to access the nooks or smaller spaces.
Straws: The straws can be easily removed and put in the dishwasher’s silverware bin. Cup: the cup is made of stainless steel, most of them are top-rack dishwasher safe. Some of the cups with special finishing need hand-wash with warm, soapy water.

3. Are OISIZ bottles freezer safe?

Stainless Steel: We’re assuming that if you want to freeze your bottle, it’s because you want your liquids to be cold. But here’s the thing: our stainless-steel bottles are triple-layer insulated, which means that the liquids are insulated from the temperature outside of the bottle. So while yes, the bottle is technically freezer safe, we just recommend putting a few ice cubes in the bottle instead.

Troubleshooting Tips for Difficulty with Sucking Water from Kids Bottles

A couple of potential reasons for the difficulty of sucking water from the bottle.

  1. Air Valve on the Lid: Please take a look at the attached picture of the air valve on the lid (on the back of the lid). Ensure that there is a small hole present in the air valve. If there is no hole, this could be the reason your child is having trouble extracting water from the bottle. You can use a needle to gently clear any blockages in the air hole.
  2. Transparent Spout: While it’s a rare occurrence with new bottles, sometimes the transparent spout may not be positioned correctly. This typically happens when parents disassemble the spout for cleaning and then reassemble it. Please check to ensure that the spout is well-positioned. When reattaching the spout, Try applying more pressure when pushing the spout until you hear the click and notice there’s no gap between the spout and the silicone part. You should feel resistance when flipping the spout, indicating it’s fully attached.
