Great Customer Service

Absolutely love my cup. It is definitely a better option from the price point than a Stanley. I enjoyed that it could be completely leak proof if you close the lid. I had some issues after a few months with the leak proof lid but when I contacted customer service they were quick in response and replaced the product. They definitely have amazing customer service and it’s a great cup!

Wish it didn't leak even with the straw in...

I love the Tumblr it keeps my drinks cold literally all day long and fresh it is absolutely amazing it does not leak when you are not using the straw but when you are using the straw it does so that is disappointing

Great product, but when I was disassembling the lid to clean it, the little clear stopper fell down the sink. I’m trying to contact the company to see if they could send a replacement, but am unsure how to.
